ABOUT US
Hawai'i Maoli is a non-profit 501(c)(3) entity of the Association of
Hawaiian Civic Clubs, a confederation of clubs located throughout the
islands of Hawai'i, Maui, Moloka'i, Lana'i, O'ahu and Kaua'i, and in
the states of Alaska, California, Colorado, Nevada, Washington State and
Virginia.
Founded in 1997 by the Association's leadership, Hawai'i Maoli
facilitates cultural and educational grants and contracts that provide
services and support to its parent organization and the native
Hawaiian community.
Hawai'i Maoli also serves as the official repository for the Kau Inoa
Native Hawaiian Registration Program. In this capacity, Hawai'i Maoli
receives all completed Kau Inoa Native Hawaiian Registration forms and
support birth documents, maintains all registration information in a
comprehensive Kau Inoa database and secures all hard source documents
to protect the integrity of the program.
Although Hawai'i Maoli does not actively participate in the Kau Inoa
Native Hawaiian Registration activity, the registration materials and
general information about the registration procedures and process may
be obtained from the Hawai'i Maoli staff. For more information about
